If it was a 3 stage setup with a lot of metallic, yes, it would be very close.

Yep, pretty similar. I found a Z51 with the 3.42 rear end and FE3 Sport suspension- so far it's proven worthy. Will be a nice day when the runcraps come off for some better tires though.
